Your privacy
Simple discovery. No hidden consumer profile.
This policy explains what Waynak receives when you browse, search, use nearby search, save a place on this device, open third-party content, or flag a listing fact.

What Waynak does not create
- Waynak does not currently create consumer accounts or consumer advertising profiles.
- Waynak does not sell personal data.
- Waynak does not send or store precise consumer location, contacts, private messages, or social-media passwords.
- Waynak does not copy or re-host Instagram, Google Maps, or other provider media.
Browsing and search
Waynak receives the page and search request needed to return results. The application does not write typed search phrases to a Waynak consumer database or analytics profile. Hosting and security providers may process requested URLs, IP addresses, device/browser information, and timestamps to deliver and protect the service under their own retention practices.
If Google Places search is enabled, the search words and broad market context needed for the request may be sent server-to-server to Google. Waynak does not send precise consumer location. Google processes that request under the Google Privacy Policy.
Nearby search and distance
If you choose “Use my location”, your browser asks your permission and provides your current coordinates for that search only. Before anything leaves your device, Waynak reduces them to an approximate location (about 100 metres). Only this approximate location is sent — securely, inside the request body and never in a web address — to Waynak's server, where it is used solely to rank and measure nearby results for that one search.
That approximate location is used only for the search in progress. It is not stored, is not written to logs, and is not attached to a consumer profile. Your precise coordinates never leave the device: they are used only in this page's memory to estimate distance to businesses that publish an exact map pin. Nothing is sent to Google.
Using your location is optional. If you decline, or choose “Stop using location”, Waynak falls back to area or city-level results and on-device distance only. Your browser controls the underlying location permission, and you can use Waynak without granting it.
Saved and compared places
Saved-place and comparison choices stay in this browser on this device. They are not synced to a Waynak consumer account. Clearing site data removes them.
Business information and source content
Claimed business facts and approved content come from tijariq Builder's public discovery contract. Google Maps facts remain labelled as Google Maps content. Instagram previews load from Instagram only after you choose to load them. Opening a source link or embed allows that provider to process the request under its own terms and privacy policy.
Listing-quality signals
When the “Something looks wrong” option is available, it sends only the listing, a fixed factual reason, language, page context, and a time bucket. It does not accept a free-text message and does not store a consumer profile, precise location, or cross-session identifier. A signal never changes a listing automatically; the business owner reviews it in Builder.
Providers and international processing
Waynak uses service providers including Vercel for hosting and Supabase in Frankfurt for the Builder business-data service. Source providers such as Google or Instagram may process data in other countries when you use their content or links.
Your choices
- Browse without creating a consumer account.
- Do not grant location permission, or choose “Stop using location” after checking nearby distance.
- Do not load an Instagram preview; use the source link only if you prefer.
- Clear browser site data to remove device-local saved and comparison choices.
- Email cyberstream.jo@gmail.com about privacy, access, deletion, or correction questions.
Changes
We will update this page and its date before introducing a materially different consumer-data practice. Beyond the approximate location used for nearby search described above, storing precise location, creating a consumer identity, tracking behaviour, or using advertising data still requires a separate product decision; this policy does not authorize it.
