The service

Waynak helps people discover businesses, places, products, services, and current business-published content. Consumer browsing is free. Waynak is a discovery service, not the merchant, seller, booking agent, payment processor, review author, or emergency service.

Where information comes from

Claimed listing facts are published by the business through tijariq Builder. External facts remain visibly attributed to their source, such as Google Maps or Instagram. Waynak does not turn external information into owner-confirmed business facts and does not combine source ratings into a universal Waynak rating.

Accuracy and availability

Businesses and providers can change their information. Hours, availability, prices, ratings, locations, links, offers, and content may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Check important details with the business or original source before travelling, buying, booking, or relying on them.

Your transaction is with the business

Calls, messages, directions, orders, bookings, quotes, purchases, refunds, warranties, and service delivery are between you and the relevant business or provider unless a future Waynak service expressly says otherwise.

External services

Google Maps, Instagram, websites, messaging services, and other external destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. Their content remains theirs. Google Maps content is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Fair use of Waynak

• Do not attack, overload, probe, bypass, or interfere with Waynak or its providers.
• Do not scrape, bulk copy, resell, re-host, or remove attribution from business or provider content.
• Do not impersonate a business, submit a false ownership claim, or deliberately send false correction signals.
• Do not use Waynak in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Claims, corrections, and urgent matters

Business owners can use the separate Builder claim handoff where shown. Factual listing issues should use the in-product correction option where available. For privacy, intellectual-property, legal, or safety concerns, use the contact on the Help and corrections page. Waynak is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services when there is immediate danger.

Service changes

We may change, suspend, or remove features or sources to protect users, comply with provider terms, manage cost, or improve reliability. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
